Design
We’ll develop a building plan for your project that incorporates your vision. You’ll pick colors for you siding, roof, and trim at this stage. You’ll also want to secure a building permit through your local codes department, and line up an excavator to level the site if required. We can assist if needed in finding a good excavation company to perform the work.
Schedule and Build
Our timetable varies due to seasonal swings, but we will always work hard to schedule your project as quickly as possible. Once scheduled, the crew will build your structure. You can expect a fast and professional crew to erect your building. Each project’s timeline does vary, but we will do our best to complete the work as quickly as possible.

Upon project completion, you can expect a post-construction follow-up call or visit from your Cole Building & Design representative. That’s it! Enjoy your new building!
